The Home Club for the following leagues

 

  • N1 New England (All Clubs outside of CT)
    • Game Changes to EDP Staff via EDP Form
    • Weather Postponements to USO via Form Below
  • DPL
  • Girls Academy
  • Girls Academy Aspire
  • Girls Academy Inspire
  • ECNL/ECRL

 

 Is required to notify/provide USOfficials with

 

  • Intial Schdules 3 Weeks Prior to Season Start (N1 Excluded)
  • Any In-Season Game Changes
  • Any Weather or Other Postpoments

 

 

Game changes requests 

must be submitted by Tuesday 5 PM week of for these leagues to avoid paying Referee Fees

 

 

N1 Game Changes are shared with USOfficials and EDP by using the form 

N1 Game Change Form

For All other leagues, submitting changes to your league via GotSport or Athelete One do not get sent to USOfficials and you must fill out the form linked below

Weather postponements 

must be shared at least 2 hours in advance to avoid paying Referee Fees

Billing

 

Clubs are billed monthly for Referee / Assiging and Payment Fees for the past month, the Home Clubs are responsible for all Referee/Assigning/Payment costs for these leagues, fees are not split 50/50

 

As not all of your opponents are USOfficials customers even if the game is cancelled/forfieted or postponed and it was their fault, you will still be billed,
