GotSport Live Post-Game Referee Report Expectations
- Referee Crew confers post-game as to who will submit and finalize the report
- All Goals Recorded with minutes
- All Cards Recored with
- Minute of Card
- USSF Code
- Comment box filled with FIFA considerations used
- Comment box has details surrounding event for Red Cards
What Ifs / Common GotSport Live Issues
- Referee's can not do digitial check in at Field
- If Coach/Referees can not get digitial check-in on their own device
- For first few weeks
- Team may show Paper GotSport game cards with no write-ins if digital is attempted
- If Team does not have paper, Referees should ask them to open GotSport on mobile device to pull up PDF match cards
- If Team cannot produce paper or PDF, USOfficials needs to be contacted by text @ (781) 504-0724 USOfficials will work with the Relevant League to determine wether the game should go forward, and will try to produce documentation to allow game to be played
- Center Referee cannot get into GotSport Live
- ARs should scan code in case of this situation and work with Center Referee to submit
- Our game did not meet the miniumum length played for Game Completion
- DO NOT Report on GotSport, only report on USOfficials/Assignr of when the game was terminated
- Referee clicks WRONG Post Game Report option
- You need to got Green + ? Goal & event reporting ? Post game event report
- THIS is is the 2nd OPTION not 1st
- Referee's try to Scan QR Code on PAPER DOES NOT WORK
- You must scan the QR code from COACHES' device it is different
- Entire Crew cannot do GotSport Live Digital Check-In, however Coach has access on their device
- Coaches device may be used
- However Referees will not be able to report from their own device post-game, and will use same device as check-in completed
- Referee's try to signup for GotSport Live but can't get code in their email
- You can still complete your game just do not close the window the pop up
- Open a GotSport Live support request
- Referee tries to report game in GotSport live and gets permission denied
- You must scan the coaches QR code to get access
- Only AR has access to game in GotSport live
- AR must work with center to report game in GotSport from their device
- I can't find my game from earlier in the day
- I accidently submitted an incorrect report
